The Rune Stone is the key to the Wild Ones Settlement in the Savage Jungle. It can be taken from the trunk notch to the right of the door after the Wild Ones Gatekeeper let's Luther in, or taken from his corpse should Luther become hostile with the Wild Ones. There's two of them on his body; wheteher taking the second one serves any use is unclear.
