Lands of Lore is a series of games developed by Westwood Studios and published by Virgin Interactive Entertainment and Electronic Arts Inc. It's takes place in the fictional universe known as "The Lands". Each game follows a different protagonist on their respective quest, from a Champion defeating a powerful witch named Scotia, to ridding said witch's son of his ancient curse, to a half-breed heir recovering their lost soul.
