The King's Writ is a quest item in Lands of Lore III. It is given by King Richard to Copper to access the armory and library in Gladstone Keep. However, upon being presented with the writ, Jeron rips it apart and sends him away.

A decree from your Uncle, King Richard, giving you full access to the resources of the Keep and it's armies. Artifact.
Take this writ to Jeron for assistance.
There must be someone in the Keep who would be able to make sense of this.

- Given by King Richard in his camp in the north-west of Gladstone Woods, just before completing the Shattered Desert.
Notes[]
- Copper can keep the writ intact by dropping it before talking to Jeron. However, it doesn't serve any other purpose.
