The Inn Keeper is an otherwise unnamed character who owns the Blue Deer Inn in Lower Gladstone. Copper LeGré must regularly pay rent to him to access his room there.
Once the Portal Crisis reaches Lower Gladstone, the Blue Deer Inn is destroyed and it's owner is nowhere to be found.
