Hive Guardians are large armored brown spider-like creatures encountered in the Subterranean Tunnels and Birth Chamber of the City of the Ancients. Born from the Mother Beast, they serve as a prelude to Belial's eventual resurrection as they spread throughout the Lands wreaking havoc in their wake. They are the much larger and deadlier cousins of the Hive Warriors.
When slain, they drop Venom Sacs similar to Lamplights.
